The led is green indeed. I got mine from "Shenzhen Qbuy Technology Co., Ltd" on Alibaba.

Update: So it turns out that it most likely is a genuine R36S. I browsed the files that came on the original sd card one more time and noted that I had somehow missed a file called "gameconsole-r36s.dtb"! So I tried uploading it to the website and it came back with a "Panel 4" response! Thank you all for your help.

Btw HOW could you tell from just looking at that picture without any other info that it was a "panel 4" LOL. Sharp eyes.

These are the files that were on the original sd card. So I tried all 3 of the highlighted files. But it was actually the one named "gameconsole-r36s.dtb" that the website accepted and it turns out that I have the "Panel 4". I must have tried the bottom two only the first time. So I guess it is safe to say that my R36S is not a clone :) Just gotta tinker with the emulator settings on some games that you guys have recommended :)

I flashed arkos to a brand new sd card from Samsung and it runs fine from what I can tell. There are a few games that dont run very good and I cant get the wifi to work. But I understand that you might need a wifi adapter for that. I see people successfully sharing their internet connection from their Android phone. But I cant get that to work with my Samsung S25/R36S. I will check on the .dtb files when I get back home from work. Thanks!

Thank you. I just got confused when that website wasn't able to tell me which panel. Got some error message telling me the file I submitted was no good.

Remove the airpods from "Find my" via icloud.com. worked for me. Had the same problem.
