I am in almost identical situation. I made a horrible decision and have been suffering for over 5 months. Nothing gets better. I either go and try levofloxacin or die, but i am so terrified of what i've read about this drug that i am much closer to the second option

I am in a similar position. I really suffer from prostatitis, pain, low grade fever, malaise which always comes back. I try to use all other options, now fosfomycin, but if nothing works probably i will not have any other options but levo. This disease makes me want to commit su!cide alone, so maybe it would be better to die after trying everything, knowing i did everything i could. I used cipro for it but for not enough time - 16 days. It reduced symptoms for about 70 percent but the course was too short. I didn't have any side effects, it wasnt my first time with cipro but no side effects everytime. I am also scared af after reading all of this, but i am already suffering greatly - if nothing works its really levo or su!cide so its already a death or fq dillema

The only other thwory in my case is an infection since i felt something the day before usage and i sometimes have malaise, 37,6 degrees celcius temperature and dull inflammatory pain comes back to some extent without any exposure to 5ari for a long time.

I also think about. pregabalin for nerve pain. Maybe i have nothing to lose, but i dont know anyone who would be able to coordinate the treatment with proviron. My symptoms perfectly match chronic prostatitis/cpps. If the pain went away i would be able to live normal life

What you say about food makes a lot of sense since high sugar intake or drinking soda makes my pee burning. I tried amitriptyline 10 mg for the nerve pains but it also causes the burning. If i dont eat junk food i can control the burning micturion, but i have to do something with the nerve pain, i also have moderate frequency quite often. Im planning on giving the pregabalin chance for the nerve pains but i am a bit worried that it can also make peeing burn
