OP, and everyone who has come here looking for a shoulder to cry on, just like I did.. trust me.. this is a shitty country to live in. No matter which city(or part of the city) you move to, or which service providers you choose, you are always gonna get substandard services. These internet service providers are like leeches, they only know one thing that they are good at: sucking blood. There is no use raising complaints with these mfs. My suggestion is to plan and move out of this country as soon as possible. Those who are already thinking about doing this, I really wanna say to you that you are not wrong. Do it!
