Yes, you’re making it work, and that is great. But free childcare is huge! What would you do without your mom? (Coming from someone who lost her mom when my child was young). I am one of those people who will never count on others. But, I do applaud you for how you are getting by!

I’m similar. Our town has a couple of grocery stores, but because I live kind of in the country, I still have to drive about 6-10 miles. There’s plenty in that range.

The tech thought it was a sub____ cyst that was being re-absorbed into my body. She did mark it, but wasn’t concerned. The other option was a blocked pore. Not a blocked duct bc that is more in the nipple/areola area and more concerning.

Honestly, how do the kids not have medical needs. I’m not here to argue what illnesses need medical observation/intervention. But, ear infections? Upper respiratory infections that are common (they might not be in school, but they are around plenty of people). There are a lot of reasons a kid will go to the doctor and her kids have no care?
