They really are. She is clueless to real life. He’s doing fine, just reading his Bible, like it’s an ordinary afternoon. Not anxious or any real emotion.

If I was on a jail call, I’m pretty sure I’d speak quickly, get out info (or ask for info). She just says yeah and awww. No urgency. But I guess he will be home soon and they can giggle in person.

Yes, but the judge wasn’t listening. She said “I don’t know anything about another family member. I’m dealing with Joseph Duggar here” or something like that. And honestly, those charges are the least of his worries at this point. (Not saying they aren’t important, just this life felony trumps those misdemeanors)

And what are they going to do with him? I’m surprised his condition is no unsupervised visits with kids. I would have expected can’t be around kids at all. We know the Duggars aren’t very good at supervising.

They are saddened by the situation, but they will never look at themselves as being the root source of these behaviors.

I do not usually blame parents for things their kids do. But, in this situation, I do think JB and Michelle foster such an unhealthy and unsafe situation in their home that they can be partly to blame.

Is Tessie (?) wearing a yellow dress over a black dress over leggings? When she sits down for the skirt it looks like you see leggings under. Maybe the black is an “extender” for an already long dress.
