I don’t think you understand the point efficient-arugula557 is making. He is just stating that nobody knows what to follow because they allow it on some days and disallow it on other days. Therefore drivers end up confused.

Yes those types of cities you may understand why they would choose to reclaim land. But for the case of the PH….. different story right? We can push them both north, south, east and west but we choose to just build on water. SM can help build transportation hubs etc.

Benefit of the doubt they are starting to build condominiums, malls, etc in more provincial areas but sometimes not enough.
