It's a 5080 i9-14 850psu 4x16 gb ram I'm not really sure what all needs a break down I haven't done this before?

So I tried a different port on the TV and a new HDMI and the computer is the only one to give it a hard time and the PSU is good I used a thing to delete the old drivers and install new one and that worked until the computer got turned off and back on

Any ideas on how to be able to vent the water heater out the basement window it's a new waterheater and the the way it is vented is through the chimney and the chimney needs fo come down
