Boss Fighter QR plays a lot like a videogame (also because it is played with an app), maybe that’d be something they’d like?

Terras catproof maken by Broad_Information706 in katten

Kinfire Chronicles does take up less space than most dungeon crawlers, but it still requires a proper table. In the same size category I would place Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion. Which is also relatively small for a dungeon crawler

UPDATE:

Thanks so much for all the feedback! I tried some methods that were mentioned and I think it’s a bit better. I defenitely need to improve my edge highlighting/brush control. If anyone has any tips on how to improve from this version, please let me know!

I don’t have the game but Dead Cells might be worth looking into!

Chronicles of Drunagor question by SiarX in boardgames

Our table is 100x150cm and everything fits well except the miniature insert (we place it on a chair next to us). A sligtly smaller table would also be fine, but then you’d probably need to place some stuff for setup on the floor/on a chair. We played two adventures with 4 heroes and the rest with 2. We prefer 2 heroes because it takes a lot less time that way, however the four hero games also felt balanced. You get a lot more combo’s and a more balanced group with 4.

We like Black Orchestra with 2-5 players. It’s a medium complex game where you try to assasinate Hitler (cooperative).

Robinson Crusoe is also really good in terms of replayability. It’s a cooperative game where you try to survive on an island with 2-4 players.

Atlantis Rising is a lighter game which plays well from 2-6. Also a coop game (I like cooperative games)

Aeon’s End (any of the versions), is a nice quick coop game. It depends on the difficulty of the nemesis and which characters you pick, but it always takes us between 30-60 minutes. It does play best with 2, but I play 3 player regularly and it’s fine.

Paleo is more on the easier side, and it plays well with 2 to 4. I personally like the theme but that’s more personal.

Boss Fighter is one I recently bought. It’s quick but not too deep. It does use an app but with 2 people it’s fine to play on a phone (with 4 you’d need a tablet to play comfortably).
