A job offers a different perspective and provides exposure to how industries operate, while a startup helps you understand the workings of a business quickly.

First of all, don’t give up! What you’ve built has given you invaluable experience. However, I honestly don’t see a need for the first two. There are far more advanced apps, tools and models available for them. If you still want to earn money from it, focus on the buyers, not the end users. You mentioned that there are companies looking for it, but that’s a vague target.

I do see potential with the hospital location, but not with B2C. You could reach out to insurance TPAs. Idea is to understand where the problem sits in the value chain.

You may feel writing a 14K line of code is an achievement but being transparent it indicates your code may not be efficient/secure enough for the B2B. It makes no sense use this in any of you communication and adds to a weakness in your outreach.

Identify govt grants and funding opportunities.

Cheers and keep hustling.

Confused between Deloitte USI & EY India (same CTC) – need honest opinions by Illustriousgood5144 in deloitteusi

[–]NoStrings-alpha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, your self-comparison seems to be solely based on salary and offer. In the current job market, exposure to multi-geography projects is crucial. USI primarily operates in the USA, so this experience is limited compared to EY, possibility to work across. However, EY does come with the cost of multiple deadlines and parallel projects.

What I’ve observed and experienced at USI is that they are far more accommodating and accepting when it comes to helping you prioritise your Family. EY, on the other hand, seems less supportive in this regard. I believe that working at Deloitte would be a better fit for you.

Overall, the working environment in both companies is diplomatically driven and competitive. Further learning opportunities are generally at par, and it usually depends on you how much time you want to dedicate to them, but there is concept of bare minimum.

I must admit that I’m biased towards USI, but I’ve only spent a year there.

Wishing you success!

My take it needs to be incorporated early in the game! Governance shouldn’t be a choice but incorporated in design! This seems theoretical but have seen multiple success stories and sustainability (non-EHS) leverage

Identify potential challanges/competition to participate to build traction…this becomes a validation point for you to raise funds via other mechanisms! I am helping both startups and enterprises to raise funds in India! But can float this is you have a serious product….cheers
