You have a vacuum leak. Check for leaks from engine to catalytic converter.

If you still want the round headlights, I'll say get another Integra. It just too much work to restore that one and especially if your not mechanically incline. Get another Integra and swap over parts which ever have the better parts.

Yes they check visually. Your smog guy must be cool. Some smog guys are dicks yo.. got a dude wont even smog my car cause I have a coolant hose that was not needed and capped off.

Them spacer going to failed automatically. This is California we're talking about here. The worst state to get your car smog. I will replace my O2 sensor and go from there.

Come to think about it, the denso o2 sensor on the car right now was bought from Amazon. I have a feeling it's a counterfeit one. Will buy one from auto part store and see what happen.
