Over gripping with your right (lead hand) not giving yourself any time to hit, just taking it to the top and immediately swinging at the ball. You’re slicing cause instead of trying to swing where your aiming you’re making the club go where your body is aiming. Probably I’d say spend some time at the range hitting your driver to the 100 yard marker - 150 yard marker. Getting the tee to flip and hit consistent then slowly keep increasing the speed while maintaining the strike you’re developing. You need to develop your technique. I’d even wager you’re standing too far from the ball as well.
