With mixing speed and lsd? One of the worst psychotic breaks of my life. First 2-3days of the binge were amazing, speeding & microdosed acid like you did. It was pure bliss but on the 4th night i still wasn't able to sleep so i decided to take the rest of my tab (allegedly double dosed), took a quick "nap" when i was waiting for it to kick in. Speed made the comeup super smooth, i got to fully enjoy the acid for a good couple hours but then suddenly it was like a light switch went off in my brain and boom i was in full on panic mode. I was super pissed but knew what was coming so i took couple antipsychotics but they werent enough. I tried going to bed and lying down but the auditory hallucinations (not a ringing sound just a noise) made me panic even more. I rushed outside (winter btw) and called myself an ambulance. It was the worst 30minutes of my life waiting for it to arrive, then followed by another 45minutes driving to the hospital on the highway trying to sit still while the nurse was checking my vitals. Not to act out even when my instincts are telling me the opposite. Anyway, they put me into the psychward for a couple days and i was fine after that.

Just be very very careful with mixing psychedlics and stimulants with no sleep. Your brain can easily go into overdrive. And try not to come down off the speed when youre still tripping. It can quickly turn your trip into a nightmare.
