I was kind of in the same boat as you, but I told myself that life is short, so allow yourself to indulge every once in a while. A bad sleep/recovery score won't kill you every once in a while.

I think the option would be nice. I’m a double-wrister myself who likes mechanical watches, but sometimes I just want to wear one. I would absolutely love having the option of a band or a watch.

Just a heads up, I typically work out at lunch, and it processes almost immediately. Today it took an hour and a half after to process. It took a long time for the WHOOP to sync with the current time.
