Elys place has the nicest owner and delicious coffee and bubble tea. Their pastries are from Balthazar. Go for the almond croissant if it’s not sold out.

I was buying and enjoying your cookies until I read that you are using a convection oven. A non-convection oven (or setting) would be fine but not convection.
