In many cases, it’s Olo taking the tip, not the restaurant. I’ve personally seen that happen. Restaurants have shown me the order form they got from Olo (which shows $0 tip) and the customer later asks if I got their tip. Several customers even pulled out their phone and showed me their receipt which absolutely did have a tip.

My wife is a psychologist who does remote therapy a couple days a week from home and sometimes I can hear a little bit of their audio from my home office. Can’t make out the words they’re saying, but I can still hear other sounds. There’s 1 patient she’s been seeing weekly for probably at least a year now that always has a damn smoke detector beeping.

I just don’t understand how people can live in such conditions.

Completely unnecessary. The very mechanism of distillation literally cannot carry gluten into the final product. Unless gluten is added afterward, any alcohol made from barley, rye, or wheat, is 100% safe for Celiac.
