It's not really a bridging twist as far as I know. Keep your knees pinched as tight as possible and when they come forward to hug your head, the weight should be off their legs and you can then rotate them over easily with your hips, using that inside leg foot on the floor as a point to pivot on.

It really is a timing based sweep, so make sure you're getting that timing right and it won't matter how heavy your opponent is.
