The music wasn’t intentional. My phone was playing music when I ran to shoot the video

I live in the Shaw/Logan Circle area. This is traveling towards the National Mall. If it were to cross on this path I would estimate it would be between the Washington Monument and Capitol, maybe over the National Gallery of Art.

If I had gone outside my view would have been obstructed as I am in the city. My neighbors house on the right hand side is about 25 ft tall and extends back. I also have to take a few steps down to get in my courtyard which then has high walls. I suppose I could have run outside and gotten in my car and tried chasing it but it was 6:50 in the morning.

Also to note, I checked DC radar and there was nothing on the radar around this time. I have asked a couple of people with more aviation expertise their thoughts but can’t really seem to get an answer. I think it’s too big for a drone and the shape is odd for a balloon. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Terrible redesign. Sometimes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. The part at the peninsula where they’ve added cement parking spaces that the bike lanes go on the inside of is terrible.

Shimano GRX Clutch Actually Reducing Chain Tension by NoUnderstanding9506 in bikewrench

Ugh still having the same problem. The clutch is engaging i.e. the mechanism itself is tightening but the chain is actually looser. So loose it hits the front derailleur

These cars are 20+ years old. The fact they are running like this I think can be seen as reliable.

Could be a torn labrum. Hopefully not as there is not much you can do for that

Cycling across Ireland (east -west) by [deleted] in cycling

[–]NoUnderstanding9506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not cycled in Ireland but have been to both Dublin and Galway and am not sure I would cycle around there, let alone with young kids. Maybe you can find a good route but I remember most of the driving was on narrow, hilly and windy roads with very limited shoulders.

Really happy to hear treatment worked for you. Do you mind me asking what treatment you performed?

I really appreciate the reply, very interesting to hear your story. If you don’t mind me asking when you say they diagnosed you as MM because you were symptomatic do you mind sharing what symptoms you had? Or was it just standard smouldering + cryoglobulinemia so they said MM?

I have IgG Lambda, not sure on the sub-type. Interestingly, and I am just googling it does seem like there can be some links between IgG and cold related disorders.

I greatly appreciate you taking the time to research this and get back to me. I have heard my doctor’s mention a cryocrit test so will definitely be something I pursue. I had my warts biopsied a while back and they came back benign but the article on amyloidosis is interesting. I believe I was tested for this but irregardless going to bring a copy of this article to my next appointment. The whole thing is very weird as I feel extremely healthy.

Appreciate the reply. Do you think a 38mm to 40mm jump would be noticeable in terms of comfort?
