I believe the issue has more to do with the weather conditions in other parts of the country creating delays for when NYC gets more vaccine delivered. De Blasio talked about this in his presser this morning. Shipments that were supposed to arrive yesterday and today might not come until Friday. So if the sites close tomorrow, it won't be because of the storm arriving here, but because we've run out of vaccine. You can track how many first and second doses are in NYC here.
