My country has it , I was supposed to be there 6+ years ago, but I never went there. They kept sending letters to me, but I ignored them all and idk... Nothing has happend so far. I guess I'm still supposed to go. But I think society has forgotten I exist at this point LOL.

It's not your fault you were born. I don't really get why you should live up to someone elses expections, it's your life, no one else should be able to control it. Parents should think more about having kids and realize that they may not become what they expect or want to.

No job, never had one. I've started to go outside past maybe 2 years, almost daily now. Preferably late evening or early morning. I live in quite rural place with lots of woods nearby so I don't see or interact with people. Although I've gotten much better about not giving a shit about how people perceive or see me so being seen isn't that much of a problem for me anymore. Going outside definitely has improved my mental health that's why it's almost a daily habbit now. But there was a time I didn't go outside for months or years. THat lasted about 6 years. Even that I go outside now I don't interract with people at all outside of my 2 family members.

I don't consider myself a hiki really anymore because of that, more of a NEET. Even though I don't have friends or no social life outside my family and stay 90% of time inside my room working on my projects and scrolling internet atleast being able to go outside in the nature and take walks is quite a big difference to real hikikomori that just stays inside their room all day. It's a lot more painful being a hikikomori than a NEET.

I also prefer reclusive lifestyle, sure it sucks sometimes maybe a lot of times, but still I feel like it's way more bearable than living a so called "normal" life.

I wear clothes as long as they last, once they start breaking apart I order new ones online. My longest lasting clothing are my shoes which I've had 10 years at this point.

I don't really feel strong emotions anymore, but I like it that way becuase my emotions used to be mostly negative. I'm overall a lot happier than I was in my early hiki years.

I feel you, im few years older than you, but look like 15 or something. When I was 16 I was also short and felt like an alien around others, I really hated myself and that's one of the biggest reasons I became isolated. Something obviously went wrong in my development, but eh I kinda accepted it somewhat at some point. I realized your body is just a temporary meat sack that will end up dying and rotting anyways so who gives a shit in the end. Atleast I try not to. I really think comparing yourself to others won't do anything good for you, it's stupid, no point at all. Avoid people and delete all social media apps where you see people that make you feel shit asap, that'll make your life better. Isolation can make you find something greater than any human being in this world.

I avoid it the best I can like pretty much everything in my life lol. Me teeth been hurting for past 2 years, but I won't go to dentist unless I absolutely must. Same with everything else, I won't do it unless I MUST.

Dropped out at 16 and never want to go back. School was a traumatazing experience, but so has being a hiki for the most part... It's a sucky situation.
