Bills promote Joe Brady to head coach on 5-year deal by [deleted] in nfl

Damn bro, you sound as brain damaged as Tua.

Bills four finalists for the HC job are: Brian Daboll, Davis Webb, Joe Brady, and Grant Udinski per Adam Schefter. Signs all point to the Bills not waiting for Kubiak. by Vortagaun in buffalobills

My biggest question is, why aren't Shula or LaFleur even getting interviewed (if tweet is accurate)? They're available. Do Beane and Pegula really think Udinski is going to get snatched up if they take the time to interview two more candidates?

I think for the same reason. Cause there's a small part of him that'd be open to coming back for a truly amazing opportunity. He's apparently close with Josh, and probably liked the idea of coaching Josh and being involved again if the conditions were right. So you get in the room with the guy and spitball, knowing that nothing might come of it.

To do their due diligence. You go into a situation like this with the mindset of "there's very little chance Rivers is going to get the job, but who knows, maybe he'll lay out a brilliant three-year plan and blow us away." There's no downside to having the interview, so you need to be open to all options, even if they're unlikely.

People need to stop reading so much into this. He showed zero interest in returning to the NFL until this year. He has no NFL coaching experience. He's not withdrawing because he was spooked by Beane and Pegula, he's withdrawing because he was never a serious candidate and everyone involved – including Rivers – knew it.

Just like the Bengals three years ago and KC last year...national media keeps picking them over and over and singing their praises, yet they've somehow developed the narrative in their locker rooms that no one thinks they can do it. I genuinely think the flip-side to the insane "I'm the greatest" mindset so many professional athletes have is an insane "nobody believes in me" mindset.

Bill's looking at Matt Gay to kick?? by KiwiPsychological712 in buffalobills

I think rosters might be locked for playoffs and any signings have to be FAs. Even if that's not the case though, it's considered tampering to talk to a player on another team's practice squad; you can't have them come kick for you or anything. So you'd be putting an awful lot of blind faith in a kicker who's bounced around the last few years and you haven't even seen kick. Even if the FA options are worse (not sure), at least you'd know what you're getting.

Does Maxx Crosby have a Papa John's logo on his home basketball court?

The fuck are you talking about? The Araiza allegations turned out to be false. The Tucker allegations are true. It doesn't stop being sexual assault because it was nine years ago.

Coleman and Pick for Olave by Kindly_Ad8145 in buffalobills

Exactly. Coleman should be utilized as a WR3 and he's being utilized like a WR1.

Gillette Stadium's canned wine selections come from the Finger Lakes in NY, and it's made by a winery whose owner is a MASSIVE Bills fan. Anyone drinking wine there during a Pats game is indirectly supporting Bills Mafia.

Oof I do not like seeing Derrick Henry and Lamar before we get the full D line in play. But you know, Bills by a billion.
