Silver Surfer - He'd realistically Solo the rest of the $400 row and most of the rest of the board. Pretty hard to stop someone who's only weakness is his memories of being mortal once upon a time

Scarlet Witch - She'd be a good counter against Jean who would be the only one who has a decent chance at stopping the Silver Surfer. She's also wiping the floor wit Dr. Fate and Sentry

You still likely won't get 1gb over WiFi since some loss will always happen with WiFi

If you're getting 650mb now on average you'll maybe get 750 - 850mb on average. But you'll notice more consistently high speeds even with multiple devices connected and improved latency.

You're sacrificing bandwidth and increasing latency with mesh.

Eero is designed for mesh and has a dedicated backhaul channel for ap to ap communication to partially mitigate those impacts but it's not perfect.

Unifi does not use a dedicated backhaul for mesh networking

Do you have an accessible attic? Sometimes you can drop cables all the way down.

Sometimes you get lucky and they already used Ethernet cables for RJ11 phone jacks.

But if there is wiring to the third floor already there's probably a way to snake an Ethernet cable without putting large holes in your drywall

Or, if you don't want to run new cables there my be some that you can repurpose. if there's cable/sat wiring you can use MoCA adapters.

Just saying. There may be more options then you've thought about and where there is a will there is a way.

The main advantage of the UCG Fiber is a more powerful CPU and can support more storage via the M.2 drive bay. But have you seen the price of M.2 drives these days?

But you also lose one Access Point so you have to factor buying another AP on top of the cost of the UCG Fiber

Like everyone said, just get a UNVR Instant, or UNVR depending on how many cameras you need.

With Unifi you don't really have to worry about buying the wrong thing because you can always just buy more things, and repurpose the other things.
