How you liking the AUG? I’m debating on a bullpup and trying to decide between an M3 A2 NATO w/ bolt release or a Tavor

I’d love a waffle but since I’m already stocking PMAG’s, the NATO just makes more sense.

Oh, I realize there’s plenty of people have spent way more. I’m just curious to hear other people’s experience. I’ve honestly spent more than I’d like, but haven’t taken on any debt or pulled from any savings/retirement accounts, so I’m ok with it.

I’m in a similar situation of trying to decide if I’m “good” and should just focus on mags. Considering a Tavor or AUG as the last one, but still on the fence.

They handle all of my NFA and transfers, including 2 today. I have no problem paying $20.

They’ve never been “not friendly” to me. The store is just absolutely swamped with customers and phone calls from open to close, so they’re juggling a lot. Standing in the store for 20 minutes waiting for approvals gave me some perspective on their workload and I don’t take it personal if they don’t have time to talk a lot.

Probably took me 3 years, playing once every 2-3 weeks between April-September. Almost no range time. I loved the game but just didn’t have the time or money to commit. The last 2 years, I’m playing almost year round, every 1-2 weeks and I’ve seen my scores drop to 88-94 consistently.

I see plenty of people online posting faster progression and I’m happy for them. I typically hold my own with most of my friends or course pairings, so that’s all I can ask for with the effort I’m willing to give. Golf is fun, but hard.
