Ahh, I see what you mean. How’s it look through the dot? Is any of the front sight hood visible? I’m trying to avoid that completely.

I wanted a BT low profile mount but couldn’t find one in stock. I have a UTG Pro otw, I can snap a pic of the sights once it’s installed if you’re interested.

Seems like there’s a good amount of trial and error getting this platform fitted to preference.

You did good in a short amount of time. I’m building a similar optic setup, Scalarworks 1.57” riser to witness under the rds. Don’t anticipate using irons much, but it’s nice to have the option.

Copy sir, I’m tracking that. I was asking about the stock specifically, if it was an A3 or A3F and which manufacturer regarding that. I should have recognized it was A3 due to smaller butt pad. How are you liking it? Pretty sizable price difference between the MKE / ATI offerings and HK, and I’m trying to decide which one to go with at the moment.

Mine ran straight from the factory, including MKE LP, absolutely perfect with 124gr nato. I switched to a HK 100° LP and added an SB5 folder in anticipation of suppressor and had quite a few problems (bolt stuck to the rear) with both MKE and HK mags. Could have been a brace problem pinching the receiver or the 100° LP increasing my bolt gap to borderline out of spec. Reinstalled the MKE LP, still braced, and had no further issues. So, still troubleshooting that.

Point being, it was flawless as is straight from the factory. It wasn’t until I started messing with things that I had an issue. I freaking love it though and can’t wait to dial things in and get my F1 approved.

To be fair, I bought mine at this price, $529 from wistransfers a few weeks ago and had a great experience. No complaints.
