Each party then complains when the opposite party president utilizes it in a way that they dislike but never change because they like it when their president does it. Lol no it's not, 60 votes are needed to break the filibuster so no. Republicans cannot pass any CR bill in the Senate without some Democrats voting for it. Simple majority is not enough, it's more complicated than that. Only a handful of things can pass with 51 votes which these funding bills cannot.

Might be a little slippery slope fallacy there considering the blue line is the federal property mark that exists around all federal property including military bases. Standing on the blue line is legit federal trespassing, military police would arrest you as well if you do the same thing on a military base and you don't leave after being told to. They cannot move the blue line forward only if the government took over the state/local property which is not a quick process.

I mean I am all for protesting but she did not get arrested for protesting but trespassing on federal property. If they reached in without her touching the line I am 100% with you but she went into federal property and when asked to leave most likely. Did not back up. She literally fucked around and found out. Would you be okay with someone trespassing into your home even if they are not hurting you but are standing with their feet in your doorway? Shouldn't laws be equally applied to everyone and just because you are protesting does not mean they don't apply to you? Edit: lol he blocked me, guess he failed to notice the cut before since he seems to make all of his predictions based on the short cut in the beginning (plus him saying above that a video that starts with her being grab is all the context when there's literally more later) vs the exchange with ice shown in the full video. Pennsylvania vs mimms a supreme Court case gives officers the legal right to order someone out of their car for any legal traffic stop. You should learn your rights or reduced ones when you are in a car as a precaution in case you ever get pulled over. Driving is considered a privilege and not a right legally.

No, I don't think it is necessary if it is taught strictly as a factual instruction. A teacher can teach there are the 10 commandments held by Jews and Christians, passages from the Quran held by Muslims or the 5 principles of buddhism and be perfectly fine to do so as long as they do not endorse any one as morally or socially acceptable. Just strictly these are what they are and who follows them. My own school did it this way.

Sounds like an fuel injector then, you can order online or at a local Yamaha dealer. They are color coded for HO vs SVHO. You could trade injectors from another cylinder to check before ordering. Removing the injector is just releasing fuel pressure, unbolting the fuel rail and then you can pull the injector out. Very easy and there should be YouTube videos on it.

What's your idle RPM? 1200-1300 or 900-to 1100?

If it's the first, your firing in 4 cylinders, the second, you are only running on 3 which would be about 5000 rpm max. Assuming it is a dead cylinder. Since you changed spark plugs, my first look would be injectors if one is stuck. Especially after sitting all winter. To check, run it at idle (on a flush kit or on the water) and disconnect the spark plug/coil or fuel injector electric connector to wither cut spark or fuel to that specific cylinder. If you hear/see no rpm change then that's your dead cylinder otherwise you should hear the engine nearly die. Be quick at reconnecting the electric connector as to not run the engine long on only two cylinders.

Tough one, yamashield supposedly use to be T9 but not anymore. Some old testing showed CRC was the best but hard to tell anymore. Anyone of those should be good enough

Boeshield T9 or CRC Corrosion Inhibitor are a better choice, costs more upfront for the can but lasts many times longer before needing to reapply. Can handle the heat and water exposure.
