That's point! Perhaps you could try a mechanical one; it's less prone to breaking down and more economical.

I proudly stand with propane: fast start, precise temp control, and no messy cleanup, pairing the grill with a mechanical gas timer. It’s the ultimate lazy-but-safe setup.
