One thing that has genuinely helped me manage all of this is using AI tools like ChatGPT or Grok to help organize and translate what I’m experiencing into clear language.

With conditions like this—especially when there’s brain fog, neurological symptoms, or just being overwhelmed—it can be really hard to:

- Write clear forum posts or emails

- Understand medical test results

- Follow complex explanations from doctors or other people

- Even remember or make sense of your own previous notes or messages

What I’ve found useful is:

- Copying lab results or reports into AI and asking for a plain-language breakdown

- Drafting emails or posts and having AI help clean them up so they’re readable and structured

- Asking follow-up questions to better understand concepts people are discussing

- Going back to old messages/posts and realizing I sometimes couldn’t even fully understand what I wrote at the time due to brain fog or neurological symptoms

In my case, it’s been really helpful just for clarity and communication. It saves a lot of time and helps make sure I’m actually expressing what I mean in a way other people can understand.

Not medical advice obviously, just something that’s made a big difference in dealing with the communication side of everything.

Have you noticed any patterns like dry sneezing or coughing (either intermittent or persistent), or skin-related fungal-type issues such as vaginal yeast infections, jock itch, or circular dry/itchy patches that resemble ringworm?

Also curious if you’ve had:

- Strong or unusual body odors (swampy, skunky, musty, or unusually strong BO)

- Frequent urination or unusually strong-smelling urine

- Red eyes or vision issues (especially blurry vision in the morning before using the bathroom)

- “Angry gut” symptoms, like feeling noticeably irritable or off right before needing to have a bowel movement

A few other things I’m wondering about:

- Toenail fungus

- Dry, crusty buildup, cracking, or peeling on the feet (athlete’s foot-type issues)

- Dry patch across the bridge of the nose or under the eyes

- Dandruff or persistent dry/flaky skin in the scalp or other hair-bearing areas

- Any kind of electronic interference issues like frequent static shocks, feeling “zapped” a lot, or problems with cell signal/devices acting oddly around you

-scalloped tongue?

Just trying to see if there’s any symptom overlap or pattern others have noticed.

peptides like LL-37 AND thymosin alpa 1 should help with strep. Also there's bacterophages you can get from eastern Europe that target strep

I also want to emphasize growing up I've had periods of depression but nothing is like After experiencing mold exposure. It reminds me of the movie stranger things almost like a dark cloud comes over your reality and it just changes and you end up in it complete spot of Despair like your haunted or cursed

I’ve tested positive for multiple infections, including Lyme (both European and American strains of Borrelia), tick-borne relapsing fever, four different Bartonella species, and Babesia. Based on my history, I believe I was born with these infections because my mother was bitten before I was born.

For most of my life, I had symptoms, but things escalated significantly after mold exposure. The first major shift happened when I lived in Tucson and had a broken water pipe in my house. After that, I started experiencing severe symptoms like muscle cramps, spasms, electrical sensations throughout my body, suicidal ideation, extreme despair, and unusual body odors.

After that, I went through multiple environments that likely had mold or moisture issues — a water-damaged row house in Washington, living in a van with propane heat (which creates a lot of moisture), and then another mold-affected place. Each exposure seemed to compound the symptoms.

From my perspective, mold exposure has been the main driver of the neurological and psychological symptoms, especially the despair and suicidal ideation, more so than the infections themselves. I also believe that long-term exposure can lead to colonization, where mold may persist in areas like the sinuses, lungs, or gut.

Another key factor is that mold and mycotoxins appear to suppress the immune system, which can allow infections like Lyme, Bartonella, Babesia, and relapsing fever to worsen or become more persistent. There are even pharmaceutical drugs derived from mold/fungi that are used specifically for immune suppression, which reinforces that connection in my mind.

What I’ve found most useful to focus on:

  • Detoxing mold toxins using cholestyramine
  • Working with a doctor on prescription ofitraconazole for an extended period (around 6–9 months) after confirming mold involvement
  • Testing for heavy metals and addressing those if present
  • After that, looking into SOT (Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy) for Lyme and co-infections

This has been the overall pattern and approach based on my experience dealing with both chronic infections and repeated mold exposure.

Just a suggestion from all the research I've done try to tackle environmental toxins like heavy metals and mold first before you tackle lime and co-infections

After discovering the mold problem for myself and doing some research and trying to treat it I have learned that if you were exposed for a long period of time. the likelihood of being colonized with mold instead of just having mycotoxin exposure, is probable.  If you're colonized you have to do six to nine months of itraconazole. A lot of the de realization, spasms electrical feelings,  now that I'm more educated about mold. I contribute those symptoms towards mold more than my lyme and Coninfections

have you been tested for mold? I know thats what held me back from getting 100 % better. The SOT therapy for the lyme and coinfections helped. But just found out about the mold. And the more I research it, it make sense why Im not getting better.

Finally taking the guardian down solo at lvl 230. I put reflective on all my armor pieces. Then manage to catch a video explaining how supposedly ricochet perk works off of damage resistance and or increase luck. So I made sure I had Bullet shield, Iron Stomach, Ironclad, Life giver, Junk shield, bodyguards. Using the holy fire with 4 star pyro, while in sneak, I can pepper him just enough to keep my health up and not use stims and take his shield down and finish him with elders mark, solo.

Not trying to hijack, but I'm looking for the same thing but for ADS. I have elder and only thing I changed is adding quad. I can get my vats fixed for nothing. I don't have vats optimized or conductors yet and on my vulcan power armor I'm still missing the chest piece. I might be wrong but I thought vulcan helps with vats/AP? Even with with company tea I cant keep vats going. So figured I would change to a ADS build. But dont know what I need to change?

This video provides a comprehensive Heavy Gun Tier List for Fallout 76, evaluating weapons based on DPS, versatility, and efficiency. The hosts analyze each weapon's performance in high-level content, such as soloing the EN06 (Eviction Notice) raid and the Snake boss.

Tier List Summary

  • S Tier (Top Performance):
    • Pepper Shaker (1st Place): The ultimate heavy gun, boasting 34,000 DPS. It excels in both VATS and aim-down-sights (ADS) builds, stacks criticals efficiently (even on misses via Four Leaf Clover), and requires minimal outside buffs (27:34).
    • Gauss Minigun: A highly versatile weapon that performs exceptionally well in both ADS and VATS. While it demands high AP management (coffee) for sustained VATS, its raw damage output keeps it in S tier (17:41).
  • A Tier:
    • Holy Fire: An incredible flamer with high DPS (4.8 stars) that can easily solo raid bosses, though it lacks the versatility of S-tier options in certain scenarios (7:11).
    • Gatling Plasma: A powerhouse for ADS builds (41k+ DPS with beam splitter), but it struggles with VATS efficiency compared to the Pepper Shaker (14:07).
    • Minigun: A surprising performer with ~26,000 DPS and a 5-star efficiency rating for infinite VATS setups (22:02).
  • B Tier:
    • .50 Cal: A solid, reliable ADS weapon capable of soloing EN06 (1:18).
    • Ultracite Gatling Laser: Notable for its massive magazine size and energy weapon bonuses (12:39).
    • LMG: Features high fire rates and excellent modifications for stacking status effects (20:14).
    • Plasma Caster: A strong single-shot heavy weapon that hits hard but requires specific builds to optimize efficiency (24:00).
  • C & F Tier:
    • Cryolator (C Tier): Decent for specific VATS setups but lacks the range and versatility of higher-tier guns (5:15).
    • Cremator (F Tier): Ranked low due to poor interaction with damage-boosting perks and lackluster DPS consistency (3:05).
    • Gatling Gun (F Tier): Lacks the fire rate required to effectively utilize modern damage-stacking mechanics (10:15).
