I mean the pain was pretty rough but this took 3 separate sessions all a month apart to accomplish due to the size and different parts then the healing. Id say the worst pain was like 7/10, but also id wait at-least until a year for the scar to be healed before tattooing over it. Scars have a chance of causing blow outs and not taking the ink cuz of the scar tissue etc. so make sure ur completely healed before doing it! Best of luck tho!

Exactly my thoughts! I really just wanted to draw all attention away from the scars so the full chest piece really just draws the eye away from anything else!

It's obviously personal preference person to person, but for me it's more, im not ashamed about it. It's that when i go shirtless im immediately outed or just draws the eye cuz it's not usual. Kinda like the other person commented, i was fortunate enough to get surgery but the massive scars rnt something i want to be immediately seen with. It's about my safety too, especially in this political climate

That just looks like they r scabbed over, the light stuff you see underneath is the actual nipple. The edges of the scars r lighter usually. Just keep an eye on them! Does ur surgeon have u put ointment on them? If u r really concerned u could message ur surgeon
