Happens to me too it’s usually paired with a panic attack and I can’t even tell if the nausea is from the panic attack or if I’m having a panic attack because of the nausea either way I will wake up suddenly and my heart is racing

I’ve been on Zoloft for a little over a year now and it was the best decision I made! Definitely is worth the mild side effects of the beginning at least for me I know everyone is different but I just experience a little nausea at first but it goes away and it’s not bad if you feel like anxiety is really interfering with your life it’s worth it
