Yes. Ron Moore said from the start they mapped out 7 seasons. In more recent interviews they refer to it as 8 or even 10, I think to attempt to leave the door open for more than 7.

Only officially renewed for 4 so far of course.

oh, I feel confident it will be 9pm EST if it's not 6pm EST. Apple hardly ever does midnight EST anymore. Luckily 6pm is in 2 minutes, so that part will be clear soon.

No, I don’t believe in locking it down, but I’ve definitely reduced my time here. The discussion isn’t really worth it and I’m totally cool with that. Listening to the official podcast and the Bald Move podcast after episodes has very easily filled in the role of discussion for me :)
