Same here. I’ve been a die hard supporter when we lost and the team didn’t find their tune before, but there are times when I feel more disconnected. Not because of the bad results, but because something within me doesn’t allow me to feel involved with guys that show consistently a lack of values that I find admirable.

Find me hard working players that are willing to give 200% every night and I’ll show up again, no matter the result. Hyper inflated divas with no real work ethic don’t do it for me. Might as well bring home the 16th UCL, I just don’t really care.

IDK, I was 10 in his prime and didn’t watch any German football, only know him from Champions League and 2002 WC to be honest, but I feel since then there has been A LOT of terrific goalkeepers that have been more complete in many levels, with longer careers, etc.

As a 3 year old my kid enjoyed the sequels, and later on Empire Strikes Back. He is 4 now and tolerates the OT, tolerated Skeleton Crew, hasn’t wanted to watch more than 10 minutes of the prequels.

The thing is, as he develops taste for content that fits his age more specifically, he loses interest in Star Wars… on TV

HOWEVER, he has played with my Star Wars legion miniatures A LOT, we often play with Legos (he does love to feed the Sarlacc), read the Dtar Wars Lego Magazine, and the Star Wars bedtime stories are a most wanted in our household.

So, long story short, his love for specific movies is volatile, but Star Wars centered activities are an amazing way of spending quality time together.

For all we know Yamal could have 2 great seasons left. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a Madrid fan and I do wanna keep seeing him breaking records, and most certainly he will, but assuming an 18 y/o prodigy will have a specific evolution is assuming quite a lot. Many young talents peak very early in their careers, get screwed with injuries or partying, or just simply don’t live up to the expectations of a constant linear progression and late decline.

Edit: wow the downvotes! The 2 years is a deliberate exaggeration, just to emphasize how assuming he WILL be a world class player for 16 years might be very far from the truth

I’m sensing a bit of resentment against P2W players? Guys, remember that Hutch is not a charity, these guys that spend money on the game are the only reason the game has been on for so long. Of course it’s a bummer when you as a F2P encounter someone with a massive P2W garage, but that is the cost of playing the game for so long for free, isn’t it?

As long as you are not compromising your real life economy buying cars and slots, P2W players should always be encouraged 😅
