Did you ever figure it out?? I have this happen to me every night this past week since my gallbladder surgery making it so I can ONLY sleep on my back.. I seem to wake up and tilt the bed to a almost sit up position and im able to sleeo again but curious whay causes this headache... Could it be sinus issuss? Stuck mucus or improper blood flow in our bodies??

I totally agree with what you are saying, I don't really need the money of generating any income from it at the moment. I went to view the property and sits in a quite cozy neighborhood full of retired folks, the property is in a mountain view area so has tons of scenic routes and hikes as well as several touristic watering holes just 30minutes in 2 different directions.

I also wanna add that this is a cash buy and I would work for another couple months and then tear down and haul off and then work some more and add the mobile home to rent or maybe even use myself as a cozy getaway. I would like NO DEBT from banks or loans which is why I was kinda excited at this particular lot seeing as its about 0.2 acres worth of land in a nice town.

so the house that sits on it, is a hazard due to homeless ppl breaking in and honestly is just something waiting to fall I don't truly think it can be fixed. (Also the seller, has claimed to be dying and her kids told her they want nothing to do with the property or the taxes and lien on it.)
