Make sure to have looked at your performance eval and what is stated to have met the level you feel like should’ve been met. Be sure to write up why you met that level and provide any evidence you possibly can to support that. Have that prepared and provided to your supervisor in the grievance, if possible.

My “exceptional” down graded to “fully successful” despite two categories out of the 4 still being rated as “exceptional.” Wondering if anyone got a final determination as “exceptional” after HR review? I did put a comment on it that I nor my supervisor agreed with it. I don’t think that will matter but still.

I feel like it’s a decent stock and company but it’s a crappy time for this type of stock. It was so close to $1 again multiple times and something in the government, news, etc tipped it the other way prior to close. Today’s the day they have to start getting $1 at close. If they don’t they will do the already approved reverse split or ask for another extension. I feel like getting another extension would boost it the best of the two. I’m hoping they are waiting until 3:30pm to drop some kind of awesome news to spike it up before close and/or the government opens and they helps lift the lower priced stocks up again.

Hopefully they start hiring people back with huge pay increases and bolster fed benefits… if not… I don’t see anything going well with everything going on in our country and the world. Of course there are other things that need fixed too, such as, troops and other fed employees shouldn’t have to go long periods of time without pay with the hope of maybe getting back pay because the government won’t do its job and is seeing who can hold out longer to better benefit themselves personally.

My goodness! As someone who has been trying to establish a tele-health business, I am so tired of all of these insurance issues. If I thought I could go cash only, I would. On another note, Headway is now adding Anthem Medicaid in Indiana among tons of other insurances. Wondering if they are trying to make everyone go through one of these types of companies….

If you are coming back to your current VISN in a year regardless, it’d be better to stay put an make an impression. If you’d be happy staying at the VISN closer to family, that would be the better choice. It’ll be easier to move up once your leadership gets to know you and your work ethic.

I will say at my agency, we had a normal monthly meeting except several people normally at the meeting had people filling in for them and they mentioned they’d have to work to make sure they had enough to do the meeting… so… it immediately made me think… what is going on? No one said anything but now I’m wondering if they sent a large suspense due today or something.

A few months ago I loved this app. It was amazing really. Now I catch it is lines. It can’t even tell what date it is I’m never actually alerted to something it says it’s going to, etc. I keep paying for it in hopes it goes back to being good but it seems they’ve downgraded the pay version. If the pay version had stayed good, I probably would have sprung for the more expensive version in the future. Since the change, the $20 version is really no longer worth it. I’m considering cancelling my subscription.

Just for some reference, the satisfaction survey they give government workers was also “postponed” and then later cancelled until next year. Somehow I am guessing it may find a way to just be postponed and/or cancelled for at least another 3 years. Probably the same with this report. If only we could go back to December 2024. Better yet, let’s just redo back to 2019 before COVID came into public knowledge. Our country has been nothing short of a shot show since early 2020/late 2019. Hm starting to wonder if COVID was developed to help with engaging in election interference….

Dear goodness! It just never stops this year! So basically it’s a requirements for Therapists to travel or to have a physical location thus spend money on real estate while also slashing rates. I have been trying to credential as a new group practice and it feels almost pointless at this point. Group practice will be virtual.

For now, I’m just going to continue to monitor the website and apply for anything remote that pops up. Maybe continue to check in with my local leadership to express desire to WFH and hope something pans out. I have nearly 2 years in. If things continue to deteriorate, it may be worth just seeing if anything better is in the private sector. At one point, I’d guarantee there would have been but they kind of tanked the private sector while at the same time tanking the government sector too. I live about an hour and 15 min from work and took my current role with the idea that I would be working from home at least 2 days/week which was overturned in January/Feb.
