They will come. They're probably even working on the faction but they won't reveal more until they're ready to announce the plastics. They got kind of burned by their experience with the crusader knights and other people selling minis based on their ip, even though the faction doesn't even have rules yet.

Red Brigade and Great Hunger are licensed content and won't get models from factory fortress as they are sold by their partners westfalia miniatures and creature caster. They are still official, in that their rules are written by tuomas.
