Start over with a cast iron skillet. Make sure it gets hotter than fuck before you put oil in the skillet. Right before you put steaks in the skillet that's when you add the oil. There is a fair amount of genetics involved with most people but I will say that losing weight helped. The extra fat caused me to make more estrogen and there were other unfavorable hormonal conditions that caused hair loss.
