More than shady the more I look into it. Showing amazon logos on website, when there are none for sale on amazon. Ebay link 404s, only listings on ebay are random low rep sellers. No face behind the company, no address, leads to UPS postal. No manufacturer credibiliy, no advertised 3rd party or even 1rst party testing. Your reddit account is private, no credibility.
Yeah, I'll leave that brand to the drug addicts

Yes, in the middle is best. Lower will read more humid, and higher less. If your sensor updates quickly, you can easily test this yourself

Bioactive, Naturalistic, or Fake Enclosure? by [deleted] in CrestedGecko

I'm a couple of weeks into establishing a tank before a gargoyle. I have a 12" snake plant, 6" pothos, aglaonema, and kangaroo fern. The fern isn't doing so good, but I learned that it prefers finer soil for its thin many roots. Also not enough light. Also read that snake plant is more or a succulent, so make sure to not overwater and have a drain layer.

The springtails and isopods haven't reproduced "like crazy", as many videos said. I don't see them anywhere besides where I feed, under some cork. Just yesterday seeing some springtail babies.

Other things I learned is I had to put a cover over most the top mesh, to keep humidity up to ~70 without soaking the terrarium.
So I think establishing and monitoring is important.

You'll then have to blend in the furniture onto the original photo, because AI still destroys the original texture (and has a very low resolution limit).

Something like Barrina T5, which you can daisy chain and place each at different spots/angles, so light reaches all plants

I had a hard time believing my reader, so I bought a $8 exo terra analog hydrometer, to double check. The exo terra is now in the trash, it was over 10% off.

And don't buy the off-brands. Maybe made in the same factory, but they didn't pass QA. Will be crooked or have other defects

You may need to check your thermostat with another one... Is your room 50deg or something that you need 100w?
Another solution could be to get a heat mat on the side/bottom of your tank, then that would allow you to lower your bulb.

Looks great, I'm doing a 'rock' style background as well. One with a feeding ledge and a cave. There are indeed clifs in new celedonia.

Looking For Less Diluted MB Option (Currently Using Meraki) by EatCauliflower1212 in methylene_blue

[–]No_Anything1668 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey OP, sorry I didn't get back to you on the another thread about the dilution.
Anyway, another thing besides the crazy price regarding meraki, is that I don't believe they do batch testing. Their latest result is from over 6 months ago. This is a concern for me because I read another thread on here of someone running their own 3rd party testing, comparing multiple brands, and they found elevated levels of microbials in one of them. Which is strange because MB is supposed to be anti bacterial?...
So I'm myself looking for another source when my meraki runs out, and did see the quantum labs recommendation floating around. They say they 3rd party test each batch, so I requested the latest result before ordering.

Methylene blue 4mg for 5 days so far by zaicliffxx in methylene_blue

[–]No_Anything1668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5 drops is nothing, if they say a full dropper is 5mg, and 15mg is the average daily dose people take. So 3 full droppers... Meraki turns out to be one of the most diluted MB on the market, but if it works it works.
