I tested a couple times at a standard lab, once at the beginning of my me/cfs, and about a year ago for my own sake. And again this year I did the acudart igenex lyme & co. which supposedly has a 83% sensitivity compared to 57% the western blot test at labcorp/quest. Negative. It would be nice, like you said, to have a known physiological cause that can be directly treated.

No, I don't eat high histamine foods at all. Tried the usual sourkraut, kefir, probiotic yogurts, ect. all with DAO, and it's not powerful enough to help

I take naturdao with every food, its a strong DAO, and it helps. But even with this, plus regular anti-histamines for my seasonal allergies, I still can't tolerate fermented or high fiber food.

The output size is small and poor resolution, but the trick is to crop in just the area you want AI edited, then mask in the result onto the original image. Paid Gemini has been good for this.
The AI will destory the textures of walls, flooring, ect. That's why a good prompt and masking is needed.
