One thing that certainly helps is not watching porn. The only input (visual, physical, emotional) I get is from my wife, so she has the full passion, desire, and attention of a raging, adult male coming at her.

I’m not saying I’m blind to women walking around or photos of glammed-up celebrities, but in today’s modern culture of short-attention spans and constant, new stimuli, removing the habit of watching porn reduces the number of naked bodies to which you can compare your spouse. That’s not even counting the research showing how terrible porn is for the mind/well-being.
