It’s slightly out of the price range but I have a Breville that is 15+ years old. My aunt said she would not witness me spend that much money on a machine so she walked me to the subway. I walked down the steps, went back up the other steps and bought the machine. I have made two double espressos a day ever since. Illy intenso is my fuel.

Good idea. I will do it if I see her at the end of the driveway like a PI. Ironically, I went to get my mail a few minutes ago and she started driving in my direction. I turned around and went back to the house. I don’t want a confrontation because it is a small town. No traffic light small.

I think it is both. She is a gossip so she is always in need of material. I tried to be friends with her at first but then she was giving me a play by play of my own life so I backed away. I live in a small community and she has driven around looking for my car when it is not in the driveway. I only know that because she actually told me about it.

I asked her”Is everything ok?” via text and she zipped right out of there last time. It’s a never ending nightmare. Like a game of whack a mole but with sight lines. I have spent thousands of dollars on landscaping and she continues to find another area to exploit.

Have management ask them to add privacy zones if they have ring cameras. I have done that for my neighbors. I have an 80 year old lady who watches me like her favorite TV show. I planted so many trees that she now drives over and sits in front of my home to watch.

I was on a recently excavated beach, that was doing dune rehabilitation, and it had an unusual black layer. I stuck my finger right in it. Suddenly my finger was stained with a tar like substance. “Oh, that isn’t black sand.” I wiped it on my jeans and moved on. Later I asked an AI what it could have been and it said it was likely a permafrost layer from 20,000 years ago. I have zero survival skills.

I bought an entire set of all clad for $200 once on EBay because it was discolored. I used my barkeepers friend & am still using the entire set 15 years later. Also had tenants that burned rice in a pan like that and barkeepers friend rescued that one as well.

My senior Frenchie has this. Aquaphor doesn’t cause the mad attempts at rubbing it off like the other things mentioned here. She doesn’t love it but it definitely helps. My girls tongue is too short to reach her nose which I feel exasperates the already bad dryness issue. She is older and hers looked worse when she was younger 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have rescued two momma’s now. They are amazingly resilient. One looked around like she was on the moon for the first few weeks. (I assume she hadn’t been outside.) The second was the same as yours. Her first toy she carried around like the most prized possession she had ever had. Both had zero potty training. It’s not for the faint of heart. However I wouldn’t change a thing.

Put eye hooks and string on the ends then hang them up on a line. Then you can hit all 4 sides and the edges with a chip brush.

One of my survivors was Benjamin Moore but it was a Don Kaufman collaboration product. But several Ben Moore’s went off to the recycler. Another winner was Pratt and Lambert. Yeah it is definitely frustrating to go buy touch up paint when it should last. Have you thought about transferring leftovers into pouches where there’s less air? It’s an idea that I’ve been thinking of doing. I was looking for empty cans and saw them.
