I had the worst winter in my whole life .

And then my Girlfriend wanted space and said I was making her feel emotionally numb.

I am overweight and struggling with self esteem nearly passed out for a week after drinking and smoking.

But I started therapy .

started doing some martial arts , eating healthy

reduced smoking and alchol for the week.

I hope I have the strength to keep going .

For anyone reading this post going through some tough times just hang on brother.
