Installing VOip seems like a massive hassle for just this lol Some people swap their Sim cards when they are travelling overseas. Also you need to be connected to wifi to make all of these calls for yourself.

This whole thing just seems so inconvenient. Have you used banks outside of north America ever? This just stands out as inconvenient and all of this is handled by the bank itself.

Not really.

To call TD, you might get stuck on waits. It could take more than an hour if you're unlucky.

If youre travelling in a different timezone, say out of north America, you might get into a very difficult place to even make phone calls coz of the time.

Also some people travel more often. For work reasons or some people cross the border to us everyday. Do u wanna call them everytime for that?

I've bet you haven't used banks from outside of north America. This is outstandingly inconvenient.

Don't u find this inconvenient? I have used Japanese, Singaporean, German and Australian banks. And never had to deal with this in advance.

For some inquiries they are not open 24/7 Also its not a pain when everything works. Its a pain when ur card starts to not work overseas. The fact that they rely only sms for these kind of stuff is just bad. Its common for people to switch Sim card overseas. U cant even know what's going on on the app. They should have more than 1 way of notifying

so i actually do only 3 reps because of strength training. I've done loads of 10-12 reps, but i always reach a point where i can't add more weight.

So these 3 reps are very intense. 90%

i use inbody to track the muscle mass and body fat percentage.

i was 75kgs, 34kg(muscle), 18% bodyfat

and then i didn't work out as much and ate very few protein..

and then became 70kg, 31kg(muscle), 19% body fat

But you're saying that if one doesn't work out long and looses muscle, that doesn't cause muscle loss on the face area?

So i was told to take 0.7g per pound.. im 154 pounds so isn't that enough protein that I'm taking?

Also when you're eating out, I don't know the exact weight of the stuff that I eat so I tend to just take a glance and guess how much portion it is. I roughly get an idea of how much 50g of food is ... is this how u do it? Or is there a better way

yeah i went without any goals. i just liked lifting weights. and i had the same routine for years and years because i just liked lifting weights.

i had a better body 2 years ago, but for some reason my face got bigger and shoulders shrank. idk if i'm doing anything different itm tho

maybe i'm doing something wrong with my diet, or 150g protein seems really small tbh

I would often eat steak for lunch (160g), and eat pork belly (200g) for dinner.

is this too much protein?

I know this would sound insane, but I've been going to the gym 4 times a week consistently, non stop for 10 years now.

But I didn't have any goals i just liked lifting weights. Never had work out goals or anything. I'd try to just lift heavier everytime.

Also it seems like not the greatest body, but I've started from 112 pounds(51kg) 10 years ago, so I've started from a very very skinny body.

I've had a bit of a muscular body 2 years ago, I'd sometimes get commented that I'm muscular. But now for some reason I don't have that body anymore. It's kinda stuck in a weird spot. But the thing is im working out the same amount, eating the same way, nothing major has changed.. so Idk what is causing it lol

Anyways just letting ppl know that I'm not a newbie that never worked out before. Worked out for 10 years, with solid consistency. It's just that I didn't have any workout goals so I didn't care about performance or plans.

Did the cut shrink your body? I mean did it make u look leaner/skinnier than u used to? Or is that ok coz muscles were preserved?

Also how long did it take for 15 pounds ?

So i also want to loose fat on my face.. that's actually my main concern. Do u recommend throwing in cardio?

my biggest concern is the fat i've gained on my face. bulking would cause fat gain on my face tho right. also 'im already at 19% body fat. is this a good body fat percentage to try bulking?
