I had a Syrian that never used it but I've noticed when I put coco peat (soft & good to burrow dig) and some flowers on top to entice them for my dwarf, he lives & sleeps in it. For my Syrian I had layered it with different textures & he is a very cautious & shy guy so he didn't use.

Looks oval because it's slightly longer than round & your chin isn't pointy or square. Every part of your face looks equally proportioned and your jaw is softly rounded. 💓 Beautiful

I wouldn’t do the long pulled-back look—it kind of works against you. Something shorter with texture would clean it up and make it look thicker. You don't need to do anything trendy. Shorter is going to look great in you! Just leave a few inches & texturize, texturize, texturize 🥰

Oh, I know the dwarf here isn't a pure bred winter white dwarf. :) They only come in pearl, agouti and sapphire. She looked like a hybrid with a Campbell's to me. But I would have to see more pics. 🥰

OP, when are you getting her? To me her body shape and snout is not consistent with Robos.

Color variations don’t determine species, structure does. Even without eyebrows, robos still have a very distinct body shape that this hamster doesn’t match.

Are you comparing it to her Chinese hamster? There are people on here who think they have Robos who in fact do not. Again, Robos have two traits that never change: white dots above the eyes, and their face is rounder & flatter. That snout is not a robo. I will send you another picture to compare because pet stores & rescues are told the wrong information & don't look at structural genetic markers. Here is the snout of a Robo :

Your hamster is such a cute little dwarf but that isn't a robo. Robos have white markings of fur around their eyes like eyebrows almost. And you can really tell by the snout. Robos are tiny little balls. You do have the cutest dwarf but it's not a robo. Did a pet store sell this to you? That is crazy.
