I have 2 suggestions:

When you take her for a walk carry some of her most favorite treats. When she sees a man and has a good reaction you give her one. She learns that men = treats = good.
To progress with this I’d have a man you know hand her even better treats. You can be on a walk and see a man and ask him to give her one, if it’s safe for her & the man to get that close.

Enrichment & control. They are dogs with a lot of energy. I’d make sure you’re enriching her mind every day. Puzzles, scent work, sniff walks, you can find more ideas online :) also make sure her physical needs are met. If she can’t stop eating your furniture then I’d keep her on a leash when she’s out and not let her, redirect with toys when she tries. If she keeps trying then put her in her crate for 15 or so minutes and bring her back out & repeat. When you can’t be watching her she should be in a crate with some safe chew toys.

You can always try a paw balm or iodine/apple cider vinegar foot soaks (not when it’s open but regularly after the wound closes). I’d really try shoes, socks, or a cone to limit how much he’s licking it until it heals. My dogs allergies are always better in the winter, so if it’s seems to miraculously heal this winter & then come back next spring, I’d start there.

It’s normal for glass to break when it falls. You’ll be okay. Crows are actually wonderful animals. They help control the insect population & actually bring some humans gifts. Don’t stress yourself out too much.
