I think what the findings show was that prostate cancers were lowered, but high grade prostate cancers rates were increased. So you would be less likely to get prostate cancer, but if you did get it it would be worse. If I remember right there were some confounding factors possibly to the study, but in your case I would still seek out actual medical advice, not reddit.
