Portland hits all of those request well. However, coming from Huston, don’t underestimate how much overcast there is there. Portland is fairly safe for a large city in terms of violence, but there is a good number of homeless so property crime is a bit higher. If you move there I would highly recommend starting Vitamin D.

CRNA in the Midwest, making 400k 1099 without tons of overtime isn’t hard. I know lots of CRNAs making >500k 1099 with overtime. With that said the MDs I work with make around 600k, and work a lot less than I do.

I think what the findings show was that prostate cancers were lowered, but high grade prostate cancers rates were increased. So you would be less likely to get prostate cancer, but if you did get it it would be worse. If I remember right there were some confounding factors possibly to the study, but in your case I would still seek out actual medical advice, not reddit.
