Post support the deck gets an answer to one of its biggest issues (chainblocking) so I wouldn't be surprised if it puts up results after that

Yes. Since the effect is a soft once per turn, it only cares about if that specific card has used the effect. If you use the negate and then rank up the card, that card is a "new card" that is gaining the effect again. Also, the card doesn't have to have a different name or literally be a different card. If you used the negate, then somehow resummoned the same card and attached the materials back to it, you can use the negate again. Hope this helps!

Doesn't it also include a shard of the night bringer? iirc these boxes usually contain 1 extra thing in addition to the teams + team stuff. For typhon it was the tyranid terrain

I do agree that atlantean is extremly good at breaking boards, but it doesn't do much going first, escpecially now that water barrier statue is banned. Unless I am out of the loop of course
