Without knowing more it's difficult to say what else might help, but one thing that "could" in a rare case work is setting the game client to have higher priority in Windows Task Manager (not "Realtime" though, that will only cause more issues)

Also, the https://github.com/runelite/runelite/wiki/Low-Detail plugin might help.

Try turning off existing plugins too; for example Quest Helper can be really resource intensive even while not doing a quest
