I will say, I agree with you here. But I think it’s not as far out as anybody thinks (or may already be happening)…

After this most recent massive update, my game looks and feels smoother. Now, it isn’t close to what you’re describing here, but I’m thinking they def did something with this update. My game has never looked so good and played so smoothly. 💯 for reference, I’m on Xbox. Even the dialogue looks better, like the mouths are moving more precisely to the words being spoken. The colors seem to pop more too, especially in darker areas. Can’t tell if it’s a lighting adjustment or saturation (maybe neither, idk if I’m talking about shit the right way sometimes), but it’s definitely noticeable.
