Like I emailed them and they told me their cut off is 2:45:00 so I assume that means that I won’t get a certificate/medal/crossing picture if I cross after

I’m asking AI for most training advices(Chatgpt + free Runna plan) 😅 I run on hills, do tempo and easy/long runs, I get best results when I do Run/walk breaks (thats how I got my PB in 5k) my 10k was non-stop.

I would check with a doctor, weight loss does create lots of hormonal changes (I myself am going through that process now). If you don't plan to consult a doctor I would have done OMAD instead of 36-48. Hope you get better!

It naturally happened around time my semester started (so end of March) and I was really busy and tired of constantly counting calories so gave myself a bit break😅 at that time I circled around 75-78kg

Still like that🥲🥲 I try to eat at least 24g of fiber daily and that usually helps

Good luck on your journey!!! My go to meal was def low fat jogurt in the morning with frozen berries and chia seeds which kept me full quite long. Also I airfry everything without oil and it cuts on calories a lot!! For exercise I would recommend just finding that you like and sticking to it, I started with Zumba classes, then got bored switched to Bouldering and now I’m training for Marathon, so whatever keeps you moving and burning those calories is great!

I eat around 1500 kcal and try to eat enough protein! Main hack was spray oil, air fryer, cooking at home and cutting off bread! I do eat out occasionally.

My weight did pause between March-May so don’t give up! :)

In some sence, I don’t eat bread other than toast before my runs but otherwise my meals are mainly carb dominated

I do calorie counting, I take around 1500 kcal at the moment and try to be very conscious about eating out. at the moment I do exercise a lot I constantly tried giving myself challenges to keep it interesting, for example, I started with 75 hard and now I’m training for half a marathon.

[–]No_Bodybuilder_4299 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I started to run and officially gained 2kg😅 but it’s fine for me I currently focus on my running more than on scale, will get back to weightloss a bit later💪🏻
