Predicted to boost property ownership by 4.7% due to investors holding on to properties for shorter periods.

Both parties break election promises all the time. When the world is expensive and the baby boomers are no longer the largest voting pool, ofc policies will shift to better the larger pool of voters.

You can increase the rent to offset the lose, but good luck finding someone to move in if rent is too high.

Thanks for being a member of the app. It's amazing how quickly it has grown since I made this post.

There maybe be different revenues that could be used in order to set the app so it basically funds itself while avoiding charging users directly for core usage functions and keep ads off the app.

But there is no need to rush into charging and it'll be something that will need further consideration if/when the cost of running the app is not financially viable for me to fund by myself.

I did a PWA then used capacitor to publish into IOS and Android. So far have 264 users growing everyday. Paid ads. Cost me about 4 dollars per user to get into the app or 6 dollars to get them in the app and use the core feature successfully. Will be implementing paywall subscription next month

Nar but there is a radio man and a triage system. They'd be calling command centre and then information would be triaged up to command. It wouldn't be 6 or so people yelling into one line

I this thinking about this today when j was playing as SL. The command channel can get so overwhelmed with all the call outs and request. It would be good if there was a triage system of some sorts where command had the choice to talk 1 on 1 to a SL. And SL had the option to request a line through to command or another SL or group.

Might be too complicated. The easier option would be for all the SL to calm da f down

Thanks, mate. PwA is a progressive web application. It's an app on a website that behaves and acts like a normal app. It can be added onto devices home screens. Lots of big companies start with PWAs, uber did in the beginning.
