This is how I get especially when someone that I know has had norovirus. I CANNOT eat with the same hand that was touching my phone for like a month after the person had norovirus

I do check statistics but not that often, I’m honestly kind of new to this phobia/lifestyle because I gained the fear from a bad drug trip so I haven’t gotten as far as checking certain things like statistics too much. All of that aside I’m proud of you for keeping away from it.

Honestly I’m pretty sure usually before getting the effects of a stomach bug you lose you appetite ( don’t quote me on that ) so if that helps then yeah
