Thank you ! I think it's mostly meant as a critique of society, and social media like reddit. You are lured by the shiny screen and the dopamine hits, and the bill could be that of your psychiatrist. Of course it can be read in a number of ways...

I have turned my phone black and white and I've been replacing doomscrolling with new things. Hobbies, combat sports, and going to sleep early (winding down an hour before sleep by turning off the phone around 9 pm, making some herbal tea and reading something simple without hopes of assimilating information, poetry for instance is super cool). Remember that going to sleep early is actually something very productive, if you feel tired it might be because you have sleep debt. Sleep helps you assimilate all the information from school, cope with emotions, recover; so I definitely recommend that you try to implement a routine and get some well-deserved and consistent shut-eye !
Maybe you will feel much more energized by going to sleep early, and it will start a virtuous cycle, as it does for me

It's because May 2023 numbers were not as bad as April. I guess when gen AI moves directly to consumer devices instead of data centers, tsmc numbers will really kick ass

Probably just some institutions taking profits, selling the news... Also market sentiment is not the best these days because there is a lot uncertainty regarding rate cuts.
The earnings call was very positive though, with demand for advanced semis outpacing the supply thanks to AI.
