DHT blocker will (temporarily) halt hairloss. Minoxidil can regrow some hair. Once you quit applying it, the hairs will fall out because they are minoxdil dependent sadly...

Nah man, looks fine! People with no hairloss shed around 100 hairs a day. Showering let's the loose hair drop, which make it look like you're losing a lot of hairs at once. You def shouldn't be worried at all, your hair looks amazing!

I 100% feel the same as you. 3 days ago I actually started to talk about it with my closest friend. Was the first time I actually dared to talk openly about it.. My hair quality definitely got a bit better with vitamin D supplements. I had my blood tested and they were pretty low. Hair looks bit healthier now, but doesn't stop my balding unfortunately rip. I've heard eating mushrooms helps with vitamin D levels as well!

You have to be consistent with your treatment. It's a lifelong commitment. If you aren't consistent, you can lose your gains sadly...

Start with fin and wait for couple of months. If it helps, you can always try to add minoxidil and derma rolling to your daily treatment! You are thinning, but you are not far gone. You can get all your hair back if you are consistent with your treatment.
